FAQs

What’s a Naybot?

Naybots are people who love to give love as much as they receive it. Naybots take care of themselves and their communities. Naybots don’t judge others interests, but instead marvel at their differences and seek to learn from one another. Naybots lift other people up. Naybots know that being a multifaceted human requires being thoughtful and considerate of others. Naybots appreciate massive milestones, and mastering the illusive flat iron wave. Naybots celebrate when others find their perfect product combination and styling routine, knowing that these are tools for confidence and ease of living. Naybots are the incredible clients of Nadine Matar, but their energy can be embodied well outside of Nadine’s chair.

Does every Naybot need every tool & product?

Nope. No two Naybots are alike, which is what makes us beautiful. Stay tuned for a booking feature, where you can book time for a customized virtual session with Nay, right here through The Nay Bot dot com.

If I only want to invest in one tool, which one should it be?

If you use one, invest in a good blowdryer. The tiny motors in blowdryers get so hot and if the machine doesn’t have the technology to regulate the airflow, it will burn your hair. Your blowdryer that you’ve had forever, that you think is your bff because it gets so hot and dries fast as fuck is likely the cause of your split ends!!! Some of my favorite dryers are linked here. Keep the nozzle & diffuser to maximize styling capabilities.

Are you taking new clients?

I am not taking new clients at this time, but watch this space for updates!

TIP: Follow @NadineMatarHair and keep an eye on stories for last minute openings. Appointments available for new clients are denoted in stories!

I want a change but I dont want to do a big chop or color my hair. Help.

Change your part (center parts are cool, side parts are too) and put on red lipstick !

Play with seeing yourself in different, non-permanent ways to ease yourself into the idea of making a longer lasting change.
